Hilton Garden Inn Beaufort is seeking a Maintenance/Engineer to support guest comfort and property upkeep in Beaufort, SC. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years of work-related experience in a commercial facility, hospitality or related field preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work well under stress and high-pressure situations.
• Excellent listening, conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Guest service mindset with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and document completion through the work order system.
• Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled and keep areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures; report emergencies to supervisor and GM.
• Conduct property walks at the start and end of shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of maintenance areas.

Education

Technical, Trade or Vocational school degree preferred.
