Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 1 or more years of engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards.
• Ability to apply engineering fundamentals to support safe and reliable facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations, environmental, regulatory, health and safety, projects, procurement, right of way, drafting, and maintenance teams to plan and execute facility infrastructure.
• Provide engineering support for day‑to‑day operations, including normal, shutdown, and emergency conditions.
• Develop, review, and update operating and maintenance procedures to support safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Support project teams through the full project lifecycle, including scope development, design, cost estimating, equipment selection, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start‑up.
• Lead or support the Management of Change process to ensure facility modifications are reviewed, documented, and implemented safely.
• Participate in risk assessments, process hazard analyses, and incident investigations to support continuous improvement and learning.
• Provide objective technical feedback to support compliance with corporate standards.
