The ideal candidate has 8+ years in manufacturing maintenance, 5-axis CNC experience, PLC and AutoCAD skills, and strong Lean/TPM knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 8+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
• 5-axis CNC experience preferred; PLC, AutoCAD and ERP/CMMS experience required.
• Lean, TPM, SMED and 5S improvements experience; strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate maintenance activities for CNC and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot unscheduled outages and perform root cause analyses.
• Lead design and modification of equipment; manage large capital projects up to $1M.
• Apply Lean/5S and TPM concepts to improve uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to improve quality and safety.
