Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
3–4 years experience in facilities, infrastructure, or building maintenance.
Experience applying safe-work policies with contractors.
Proficient with CAD software, MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

Develop and prepare budgets and scopes for CapEx.
Execute CapEx projects within budget, scope and schedule.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and safety standards.
Coordinate maintenance, modification, or adaptation of infrastructure, buildings and offices.
Monitor spending, provide monthly/annual reporting to management.
Coordinate vendors and contractors; manage subcontracted services.
Support and back up the Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
Provide infrastructure support for labs and production areas.
