  • Support HSE and Environmental tasks and initiatives.
  • Manage third-party contractors, service agreements, budgets, purchase orders, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, building codes, inspections, emergency preparedness, and risk-control standards.
  • Plan and deliver facility improvement, relocation, capital, and space-utilization projects with minimal business disruption.
  • Partner with site leadership, HR, IT, Finance, EHS, and employees to resolve facility needs and improve the workplace experience.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Flowserve is looking for a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to work with the Maintenance team. Strategic position responsible for all aspects of facilities and maintenance. This includes capital planning and leading maintenance for continuous improvement of facilities, equipment, and systems in an industrial manufacturing environment. The successful candidate be an integral part of the operations leadership team by being a professional maintenance resource

PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES:

Lead daily facilities operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, utilities, security, cleaning, and workplace services. Support HSE and Environmental tasks and initiatives. Manage third-party contractors, service agreements, budgets, purchase orders, and vendor performance. Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, building codes, inspections, emergency preparedness, and risk-control standards. Plan and deliver facility improvement, relocation, capital, and space-utilization projects with minimal business disruption. Partner with site leadership, HR, IT, Finance, EHS, and employees to resolve facility needs and improve the workplace experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 3+ years of facilities, maintenance, operations, vendor and budget management. Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, project coordination, and contractor oversight. Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, customer-service, and continuous-improvement skills.
