• :Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field; minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain facilities mechanical systems including HVAC, cooling water, and exhaust.
• Support Building Technicians and preventive maintenance to promote equipment reliability.
• Develop and implement capital improvement projects (construction, remodeling, maintenance) with scopes for bidding.
• Conduct inspections of work in progress and provide guidance on plans and specifications.
• Inspect equipment and prepare reports on condition, deficiencies, repairs, and costs.
• Use standard engineering methods to analyze and resolve building system problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facilities projects and site operations.
