Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Building Engineer to maintain and repair building systems—mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC—on a swing shift at a large tech campus in Santa Rosa.

You will support preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections, ensure safety and energy efficiency, and adhere to codes. Strong Excel/Office skills, ability to lift heavy loads, and 4–5 years' experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of experience.
• Ability to maintain mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and control systems.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and energy efficiency standards.
• Support preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repairs onsite.
• Assist with inspections and safety training, and maintain a clean workplace.
• Explain complex information and coach others within CBRE RISE values.
