Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Certification in a specialty skilled trade is required.
• Pool & Spa Operator Certification is required.
• 5–10 years in facilities management or related trades.
• Knowledge of building mechanical, HVAC and utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise skilled crafts and trades workers in multiple trades.
• Oversee maintenance, repair and operation of facilities and energy systems.
• Ensure safety standards, quality and timely completion of works.
• Monitor energy management system and optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with departments, contractors and vendors.
