Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; technical degree preferred.
• Possession of current universal refrigeration license and/or other trade licenses as required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings for troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and document maintenance and repairs of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Respond to facility service work orders and diagnose faults in building management systems.
• Collaborate with technicians to repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems; interpret drawings for accurate repairs.
• Complete paperwork promptly and log readings from equipment in the appropriate logs.
• Handle tools and spare parts inventory; maintain clean and orderly work areas.
