Job summary

TSMC is seeking an experienced Facilities Electrical Engineer to support the Fab21 semiconductor fab in Phoenix. You will own electrical power systems, ensure safety, reliability, and drive documentation, training, and troubleshooting across high- and low-voltage ranges.

You will develop procedures, coordinate with electricians and service providers, and support projects from design to operation, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of relevant post-education electrical engineer experience.
• Design deliverables for capital projects.
• Knowledge of industrial/semiconductor power systems preferred.
• Engineer license is a plus.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• On-site work at Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean, safe workplace.
• Develops PM plans, operating instructions, and training.
• Ensures maintenance meets OEM and AHJ requirements.
• Performs Root Cause Analysis on equipment failures.
• Manages Electrical Load Database (SKM/E-Tap/EzPower).
• Plans future-ready techniques and design requirements.
• Provides training to electricians and field teams.
