Job summary

PMX Industries is seeking a Facilities Electrical Engineer to own the planning, coordination, and optimization of maintenance, energy usage, and improvements across the company's facilities and grounds. You will lead cross‑functional teams to ensure electrical reliability and operational excellence, with a clear path to growth into the Facilities Manager role.

In this position, you will manage maintenance, energy procurement decisions, safety compliance, and capital projects, while developing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or 5 years’ experience.
• Experience with high voltage, switchgear, transformers, and substations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports.
• Familiar with building codes (structural, fire, electrical).
• Knowledge of energy markets and hedging.
• Experience with AutoCAD for prints.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities maintenance and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Manage budgets and cost controls for facilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review daily, monthly, and annual reports.
• Oversee grounds, HVAC, piping, and utilities.
• Drive capital projects and infrastructure planning.
