Job summary

Enable Injections, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Facilities and EH&S to lead our environmental health and safety programs across facilities in Cincinnati and other sites.

You will develop safety policies, oversee incidents, audits, and CAPA, and partner with Operations and Engineering to ensure safe equipment and processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, EH&S, Facilities or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in progressive EH&S and facilities operations with safety program management in regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910), EPA and state regulations.
• Experience leading safety programs across multiple facilities and managing budgets.
• Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Experience developing and delivering training for employees and contractors.
• Experience with cleanroom, chemical-handling and ergonomics programs in medical device manufacturing.
• Experience managing staff and external contractors in safety subjects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S policies across all facilities per OSHA, EPA, and local regs.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across manufacturing, cleanroom, warehouse, and office areas.
• Maintain Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding, PPE, and Emergency Action Plan programs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to ensure safe equipment design and process changes.
• Oversee facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Directly supervise facilities/maintenance staff and external contractors; manage hiring and development.
• Lead Safety and Emergency Response Teams and coordinate capital projects with Facilities, Operations and Finance.
• Develop and manage EH&S budgets and track spend; manage vendor relationships for safety and facilities.
