Job summary

Weiss Technik North America, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead EHS programs in our Cincinnati manufacturing site. You will partner with plant leadership to integrate safety into daily operations, driving continuous improvement and environmental stewardship.

The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA, incident investigation, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and maintenance teams. This is a full-time on-site position supporting multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
• 3+ years in EHS in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Ability to partner with plant leadership and operations.
• Professional EHS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety trainings and audits.
• Support machine safeguarding and lockout/tagout.
• Coordinate with facilities for environmental initiatives.
• Maintain EHS documentation in portals.
• Lead incident investigations.
