Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of staff, patrons, buildings and events.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of facilities.
• Interact with patrons and staff in a positive, consistent manner.
• Handle emergencies or complaints as they occur.
• Oversee scheduled staff and ensure coverage for shifts.
• Report issues to supervisors immediately or via weekend MOD report.
• Perform rounds to check in with customers on arrival.
• Other duties as assigned to support events.
