Job summary

Brenau University Custodial position with Aramark seeks a self-motivated Custodial Services Worker in Gainesville, GA. You will maintain clean, safe facilities and follow established procedures to protect guests and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning areas to client standards, handling trash and equipment, reporting maintenance needs, securing the facility, and adapting to client requirements. Prior custodial experience preferred and a positive, reliable attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures around hazardous chemicals and procedures.
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers.
• Adaptable to guests’ needs and changing client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including OSHA/state/local/federal and Aramark regulations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project safety and health.
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Ensures security of company assets.
