• Six years of experience enabling the incumbent to perform essential functions with at least two years in a supervisory role.

• Lead Operations & Maintenance, Real Estate & Planning, and Capital Projects programs.
• Develop a 5-year capital improvement plan.
• Develop a $23M annual operating budget.
• Direct workflow and guide long-term planning and performance improvements.
