You will develop a 5-year capital improvement plan, manage a $23M operating budget, coach staff, and represent the division before the Board of Commissioners while building partnerships across the County.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field + 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Associate's Degree in a related field + 6 years of supervisory experience.
• Six years of supervisory experience in related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations & Maintenance, Real Estate & Planning, and Capital Projects Programs.
• Develop a 5-year capital improvement plan and a $23M annual operating budget.
• Provide leadership to supervisory, technical, and support staff.
• Represent the Division before the Board of Commissioners and build internal/external partnerships.
