The Oshkosh Community YMCA seeks a Property Director to lead maintenance for the 20th Avenue YMCA and Camp Winni‑Y‑Co properties, overseeing safety, repairs, and long‑term improvements. This role blends leadership with hands‑on work to keep facilities at their best for thousands of members and campers each year.

You will manage a maintenance team, plan preventive programs, control budgets, and collaborate with leaders across the organization to deliver reliable spaces that support community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.
• Two or more years of management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building management and facility operations.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a maintenance team to ensure reliable operations.
• Keep YMCA facilities safe, welcoming, and well‑functioning.
• Manage budgets and preventive maintenance programs.
