Job summary

The Oshkosh Community YMCA is seeking a Property Director to lead the care and maintenance of the 20th Avenue YMCA and Camp Winni-Y-Co properties. This role blends leadership, hands-on work, and project management to keep facilities safe and welcoming for thousands of members and families each year.

You will lead a maintenance team, plan facility improvements, manage budgets, and coordinate with organizational leaders to drive a positive member experience day to day.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building management and facility operations.
• CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.

• Lead and support a maintenance team to ensure safe, welcoming spaces.
