Job summary

Oshkosh Community YMCA is seeking a Property Director to oversee the care and maintenance of our 20th Avenue YMCA and Camp Winni-Y-Co properties. This role is about leadership, hands-on work, and ensuring spaces are safe, welcoming, and ready for programs.

You will manage a maintenance team, coordinate budgets and preventive programs, and partner with leaders across the organization to deliver memorable experiences for members and families every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.
• 2+ years of management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building management and facility operations.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
