Job summary

The Oshkosh Community YMCA is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support building operations at the Downtown Location and Tennis/Pickleball Center. This full-time role focuses on maintenance, safety, and securing the YMCA's facilities to serve members and the community.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, knowledge of building systems, and a valid Wisconsin driver's license. CPR/First Aid within 30 days is required; leadership certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Leader certification preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.
• General knowledge of building management.
• Knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and swimming pool operations.
• Knowledge of health, safety and ADA regulations.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting with building operations and maintenance for Downtown Location and the Tennis and Pickleball Center.
• Responsible for assisting with all YMCA facilities when other association property director and/or coordinator is unavailable.
• Assist with equipment and building maintenance for the Downtown location.
• Assist with hands on repair and maintenance of the Downtown location and the Tennis and Pickleball Center.
• Assist with implementation of yearly preventive maintenance program.
• Assist with planning and coordinator of special projects for annual pool shut-down.
• Assist in maintaining OSHA compliance guidelines.
• Maintenance Coordinator will participate in staff meetings.
• Maintenance Coordinator is required to be "on call" on a regular basis, both scheduled and as needed to provide services for entire Association.
