Job summary

Oshkosh Community YMCA seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to support Downtown Oshkosh operations and the Tennis/Pickleball Center. This full-time role focuses on facility upkeep, safety programs, and preventive maintenance to protect the Y's facilities and members.

Responsibilities include hands-on repairs, coordinating special projects, OSHA compliance, and being on call for association-wide service. Requires High School Diploma and valid driver’s license; CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and pool operations knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and ADA regulations.]
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups within the community.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building operations and maintenance for Downtown Location and Tennis/Pickleball Center.
• Assist with maintenance of YMCA facilities when others are unavailable.
• Support equipment and building maintenance at Downtown location.
• Participate in hands-on repairs at Downtown and Tennis/Pickleball Center.
• Assist with annual preventive maintenance program.
• Assist in planning special projects for annual pool shut-down and OSHA compliance.
