Silver Tree Residential is seeking a dependable Facilities Director for Palm Avenue Baptist Tower, a senior housing community with 199 units. The role oversees all maintenance projects, leads the maintenance team, and ensures timely, high-quality work under the Community Director and Regional VP oversight.

Qualifications

• 5 years property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certified with strong plumbing/electrical/carpentry knowledge.
• Must have valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation.
• Have your own tools and be able to perform physical tasks (stairs, lifting).
• Ability to lead maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Director and Regional VP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance projects onsite for the property.
• Manage maintenance team and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Implement policies and procedures for upkeep and safety.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors and staff.
• Share on-call duties on a rotating basis.
