Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a dependable Facilities Director for Christian Manor, a senior housing community. You will lead maintenance operations, coordinate preventive maintenance, and support property upkeep to uphold high REAC and MOR scores.

Qualifications

• 5 years property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certified and strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must have his/her own tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing all maintenance-related and capital improvement activities within an assigned property.
• Inspecting, scheduling and performing routine preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Assisting management staff with policies, standards and programs for property upkeep.
• Share on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
