Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a dependable Facilities Director to lead maintenance and capital improvements across our senior and multi-family communities in the Pittsburgh area, including Bridgeville Manor and St. Clair Villa.

The role focuses on maintaining high-quality, safe, and amenity-rich living spaces for residents. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with the Community Director and Regional VP, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Qualifications

• 5 years property maintenance experience.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• HVAC certified and strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must have his/her own tools.
• Physical ability to walk property, including stairs, lift heavy items, and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work with Community Director in managing all maintenance-related and capital improvement activities within an assigned property.
• Inspecting, scheduling and performing routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as necessary or as directed by the Community Director.
• Assisting management staff in implementing policies, standards, procedures and programs related to property upkeep.
• Capable of communicating effectively with employees, residents, vendors and co-workers.
• Satisfying work orders promptly (within 24 hours) and efficiently.
• On-call responsibilities shared on a rotating basis.
• Any other related tasks assigned by Community Director.

Silver Tree Residential is looking for a dependable, quality-focused and experienced Facilities Director to join our progressively growing team in the Pittsburgh area. Bridgeville Manor and St. Clair Villa are neighboring communities, totaling 99 apartment homes for SENIORS. The Facilities Director is responsible for the prompt and efficient performance of all tasks assigned by the Community Director and Regional Vice President, and for continuous self-improvement of skills and expertise. We are looking for a reliable leader who is willing to uphold our community to the highest standards.
