You will work under the Community Director and Facilities Director to uphold high standards across a senior-focused property. Applicants should have 3+ years in property maintenance, own tools, and be capable of lifting and navigating stairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years property maintenance experience.
• Own your own tools.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Must be physically capable of walking the property, climbing stairs, lifting heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance-related and capital improvement activities.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Satisfy work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in make-ready process for vacant apartments.
• Coordinate with Directors, vendors and residents as needed.
