Job summary

Oxford Health Group seeks a Maintenance Director to oversee physical plant operations for the community, manage repairs, alterations, and upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents and associates.

The role includes supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with contractors, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Degree or certificate from a two-year technical school.
• First Aid certification and a valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate maintenance and housekeeping staff; provide training; set pay rates; provide performance feedback.
• Maintain a rent-ready plan: 72 hours for standard turns, 7 days for extensive renovations.
• Perform PPM and coordinate with subcontractors for repairs or alterations.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and attend associate meetings.
• Ensure safety systems and regulatory compliance across maintenance operations.
