Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• 5 years experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywalling, painting, and HVAC.

• 1–2 years management/supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Facilities Department, including hands-on maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure preventative maintenance, housekeeping, and security tasks are performed regularly.
• Prepare for inspections (MassHousing, REAC, Randoph Building Authority, Elevator, Fire Department).
• Develop department policies and procedures and manage budgets.
• Coordinate training and staff development; lead department meetings.
