Job summary

Villa Sport Athletic Club SJ is seeking a Facilities Director to lead the facilities team and ensure a high‑performing, five‑star service culture. You will own maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects, guiding technicians while upholding Villa Sport standards and safety across the club.

The role requires hands‑on experience with pools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a Facilities Director or Chief Engineer in a comparable setting.
• Hands-on maintenance experience with building systems is required.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to read blueprints.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire; CPO certification or completion within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all club facilities maintenance and repair.
• Manage building systems and renovation projects; supervise technicians.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Lead team with Villa Sport values and standard operating procedures.
