Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of parish and school facilities including buildings, equipment, grounds, and upkeep.
• Develop and monitor annual facilities maintenance budget.
• Oversee construction, renovations, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure buildings comply with code regulations and safety standards.
• Supervise facilities staff and coordinate with insurance providers as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and contracts for maintenance services.
