Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy physical work inside and outdoors in all weather.
• Effective communication in English, including writing and speaking.
• Two years of maintenance/custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all event meeting set-ups according to requests.
• Perform cleaning and janitorial tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and minor landscaping duties.
