Job summary

Black Mountain Home in Black Mountain, NC, is seeking a Facilities & Grounds Manager to supervise the care and maintenance of campus buildings and grounds, lead the Buildings & Grounds team, and coordinate with the VP of Operations to ensure timely repairs and asset updates.

The role calls for living on or near campus (on-site housing provided); involvement in volunteer coordination; attendance at staff meetings; and active participation in ministry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care and maintenance of campus buildings and grounds.
• Supervise Buildings & Grounds staff and coordinate with VP of Operations.
• Manage WorxHub system and ensure timely repair requests are completed.
• Oversee volunteer program and serve as primary contact for group projects.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ministry activities.
• Coordinate and assist with donations and campus improvements.
