Blue Ridge Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks a Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance and construction across our facility, including grounds, parking lots, equipment, painting, and safety inspections to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently.

• Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work on cooling, plumbing, gas, electrical, mechanical, oxygen and communication systems.
• Perform carpentry duties as needed.
• Paint, plaster and refinish items as needed.
• Perform heavy duty cleaning.
• Change screens and storm windows.
• Inspect all equipment and systems regularly to ensure proper functioning and safety.
