Job summary

Westside Church is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to serve as the on-site point of contact for facilities, performing maintenance, custodial, and groundskeeping across the campus and other properties as needed.

The role requires coordinating with the Operations Director and reporting to the Co-Senior Pastor; strong organizational, communication, and hands-on capabilities are essential for ensuring campus readiness and guest experiences during Sunday gatherings and weekly operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, maintenance, or related trades.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear communication with staff, volunteers, and contractors.
• Self-directed work ethic with independent decision making.
• Availability for Sunday campus operations.
• Physical ability to walk, lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and operate tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare campus for Sunday services, unlock and inspect facilities.
• Address issues during and between services; be first response for emergencies.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors for building or system needs.
