Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of facilities experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and preventive maintenance program.
• Manage capital projects and budget adherence with COO guidance.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor maintenance staff; manage schedules and payroll.
