Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a skilled nursing facility required.
• Dependable, hands-on, and committed to maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate maintenance staff.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facility equipment.
• Schedule and oversee required life-safety inspections.
