Job summary

EPIC Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep of a skilled nursing facility, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

You will lead maintenance operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, while ensuring safety regulations and facility standards are met. Strong leadership and coordination with vendors are essential to keep the building running smoothly.
