Job summary

EPIC Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee our nursing home's maintenance operations and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate with vendors, keep HVAC and electrical systems compliant with state and federal regulations, and drive reliability across facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance leadership, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
