SSC Services For Education is seeking a dedicated Facilities Director to oversee the seamless operation of all service lines within our educational facilities. This management-level role involves leading departments such as Plant Operations Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Grounds Maintenance, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with client expectations.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage departmental budgets to optimize efficiency and adhere to financial constraints.
• Coordinate operations across departments to improve workflows and productivity.
• Maintain open communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead departmental activities, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Establish policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Mentor staff, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct facility inspections and oversee quality control.
• Assist in budget development and financial planning.
• Communicate effectively with administration, vendors, and clients.
• Manage company assets to ensure optimal condition and lifespan.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management supporting educational accounts preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of central plant operations and maintenance.
• Experience with P&L management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
