The Facilities Director will oversee all service lines within our facility, acting as the primary contact for our education client. Responsibilities include leading Plant Operations Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Grounds Maintenance, ensuring efficiency, safety, and alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage department budgets, ensuring financial efficiency
• Coordinate operations with other departments to streamline workflows
• Engage with clients to maintain satisfaction
• Lead and coordinate departmental activities, fostering accountability
• Establish policies and ensure regulatory compliance
• Mentor staff and promote continuous improvement
• Ensure quality through regular inspections and staff training
• Assist in budget development and revision
• Maintain communication with administration, clients, and vendors
• Achieve strategic objectives and optimize asset lifespan

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management supporting education accounts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of central plant operations, P&L accounts

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
