Position Overview: You will support field technicians by providing expert advice on various projects, assisting with work orders, and resolving technical issues. Ideal for experienced tradespeople transitioning out of hands-on work but wishing to continue utilizing their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Guide technicians through project requirements and troubleshoot issues in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC/R, and roofing.
• Project Guidance & Troubleshooting: Provide expert advice to ensure efficient project completion and help overcome obstacles.
• Communication & Coordination: Clearly explain technical tasks and maintain effective collaboration with the team and internal departments.

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance and construction trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical, HVAC/R, Roofing)
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical tasks
• Proficiency with technology, including phones, laptops, and support tools
• Problem-solving skills to address field challenges
• Remote project and team management abilities
