The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the department ticket system, receive and dispatch all incoming service requests. In this role, the Facilities Coordinator must be able to triage calls prior to dispatching technicians, this will also include calling offices. Additionally, the Coordinator will organize incoming invoices, maintain the facilities database consisting of lease/landlord information, office equipment, warranty information, etc. This position will be reporting directly to the Facilities and Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

The Facilities Coordinator will need to provide exceptional customer support and communications skills in a professional manner with a “can-do” attitude. Responsiveness and attention to detail will be critical to your success in a fast-growing dental support organization with a positive work environment.

Qualifications
  • Stationed at HQ Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm for training period during the first two weeks of employment, then you can work fully remote.
  • Familiarity with trades: Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Will need outstanding customer service skills. Both verbal and written communications.
  • Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.
  • Will report directly to Facilities and Construction Manager.
