Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking a Facilities Data Analyst to support the Corporate Facilities Team. You will analyze complex data, develop insights, and deliver executive and operational reporting to improve facilities planning, operations, and performance. The role requires working from the Dallas, TX Headquarters during business hours and a U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in data analytics and reporting is essential.
• Experience with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with large data sets to understand key business drivers and translate findings into insights.
• Provide reports and analysis for facilities and equipment across the network and present to Facilities Leadership.
• Support efforts to improve productivity and accuracy of reporting.
• Assist in developing new processes/tools/reports for Corporate Facilities.
• Maintain Corporate Facilities tooling, including content management structures and access permissions.
• Collaborate with other company data teams on projects.
• Assist leadership with data gathering, analysis, and reporting of department metrics.
• Provide training on reporting organizations and methodologies.
