Qualifications

• Experience extracting and cleaning data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Support CX/CR organization’s analytical needs to maintain a consistent analysis and reporting environment.
• Extract and analyze multiple data sets from multiple sources/systems, identify trends and provide insights and recommendations.
• Tell a compelling data story with well-defended advice and actionable suggestions.
• Ensure data and analysis are verified and validated with timeliness, quality, and accuracy.
• Generate data and reports to identify problems, make quick changes, and report issues to stakeholders.
• Synthesize data to answer business questions and support strategy.
• Promote data usage across the organization for improvements.
• Assist in developing analytical solutions to business problems and define tasks and solutions.
• Build relationships with business owners and meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior staff.
