Qualifications

• Six months of custodial experience.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License required before hire.
• Willingness and physical capability to climb stairs and perform duties across weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of 23 county facilities.
• Operate professional custodial equipment (auto scrubbers, buffers, extractors, industrial vacuums, floor machines).
• Perform routine custodial tasks with minimal supervision and accountability for buildings, equipment, and security.
• Maintain interior spaces such as offices, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, and entrances.
