Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License: valid state driver's license if driving a company vehicle or on company business.
• Availability: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Language: ability to read, write and interpret English.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks and maintenance per checklists to keep all areas clean and safe.
• Make rounds daily to pick up and discard trash and debris.
• Empty trash receptacles in offices and common areas; report malfunctions.
• Operate cleaning equipment as applicable for the job.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints with supervision if needed.
• Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and logs.
