Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated custodial professional to maintain our facilities across multiple locations. You will ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of property and plant, performing routine duties and supporting leadership as needed.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and attention to detail, with opportunities to contribute to a positive, recovery-focused workplace culture. Prior experience and sobriety are valued components of our team.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Minimum of two years' related experience preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong responsibility and attention to detail.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant
• Perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage etc.
• Provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility
• Report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director
