Qualifications

• Cleans and maintains walls, ceilings, windows, floors, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures.
• Maintains supplies, equipment, and storage areas.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds; perform physical tasks.
• Capable of following written and verbal directions and diagrams.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain assigned areas daily, including walls, floors, and fixtures.
• Collect and remove waste and trash from designated areas.
• Perform minor repairs and report equipment needing service.
• Move and arrange furniture and fixtures as required.
• Direct student workers as assigned in alignment with union agreements.
• Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools.
