Oakland Christian School in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an Evening Custodian to support administrative operations. The role typically runs weekday evenings from 3pm to 11pm and requires lifting up to 50 pounds and mobility for cleaning tasks.

The ideal candidate will perform cleaning and maintenance duties, vacuum carpets, sanitize bathrooms, and assist with summer deep cleaning projects. This part-time position reports to the Director of Facilities and Maintenance and offers a stable evening

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Experience with facility maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to operate basic cleaning and maintenance equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Empty all waste containers and manage trash and recycling.
• Vacuum carpeted areas including classrooms and hallways.
• Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, fixtures, and mirrors.
• Mop hard surface floors and restock paper products in restrooms.
• Dust surfaces, vents, and light fixtures; report maintenance needs.
• Lock up the building and check messages daily.
• Assist with summer cleaning projects as needed.
