Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness of equipment, facilities, and grounds at an industrial laundry site. You will scrub, sanitize, vacuum, and mop, and prepare facilities for events while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include trash removal, spill cleanup, restroom upkeep, and inventory of cleaning supplies. The role requires teamwork, independent work, and ability to meet physical demands.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and procedures or willingness to learn.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively with a team.
• Work independently, comprehend and follow written or verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Scrub, sanitize, vacuum, sweep and mop.
• Dispose of trash, clean spills, replenish air fresheners, and maintain water coolers.
• Clean offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and other areas.
• Remove trash and debris from building exterior.
• Participate in safety programs and use PPE as needed.
